I am 100% satisfied with this cup. My lovely wife purely loves the cup. This is a quality product to include the printing of the cup. Although I am 100% satisfied with the cup, I should let readers of this review know that I am even more appreciative of the customer service and the desire the GearBubble folks have for insuring customer satisfaction. The first cup I received had som damage so I notified gearbubble and I had immediate contact made by Tonya. I was asked if I wanted a refund or a replacement. I elected the replacement being the cup was order for my beautiful wife. Tonya submitted the replacement request and a replacement was shipped to me. The only issue was with USPS, whom decided to ship the item all over the state before finally delivering it. Gearbubble gets 5STAR rating and USPS get .5 star rating.
