01/16/17I am very happy with the two
German mugs. I had ordered them the middle of November for Christmas, and I didn't receive them until after New Year. Very disappointing.
Am sorry to say I was so discouraged after calling several times regarding the order. I canceled the order. However, I have been out of town since New Years so I have received my order and am pleased with the mugs. I will call credit card company and reinstall the charge for payment. Do not know why it took 1 1/2 months to receive order. I hope I am the only one that has experienced this.
