I washed the sweatshirt one time inside out and did not dry it and the picture is half off!!! Very Dissapointed

I bought this shirt for my mom whose brother had just passed away in November. She loved it and so do a lot of other family members. As a matter of a fact we are getting ready to order about 5 more.
